Foundations in Health

This is a two-part beginner course in nutrition and wellness. The class breaks down how to implement healthy food into your lifestyle in an effort to improve wellness. We will discuss the basics of digestion, nutrition, foods to avoid, popular diets and how food can help manage or heal chronic illnesses such as diabetes, fibromyalgia, heart disease, and auto immune dysfunction.

Class is taught by Brandi Loyd, a trained Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and owner of The Path Nutritional Therapy and Personal Training. Brandi desires to help people heal their bodies in a natural way using food and lifestyle balance.

Class meets in 5th Grade classroom Sept. 8 & 15 from 8:30am-10:00am, during first service. Sign up sheet in the foyer.
